The following terms apply to you and your use of the FreeClassReunion.com
directory. You are required to agree to these terms to become a part of the FreeClassReunion.com community.
Violation of these terms may lead to termination of your membership and
exclusion from future use of the service.
- You must use your real name. It is
useless being listed if you cannot be identified by your friends, and we get worried
regarding your reasons.
- You agree not to use your access to FreeClassReunion.com
for any commercial purpose with the exception of the planning of class
reunions. However, you must have written permission from our
Reunion Department to do so.
- We do not allow mailing of our registrants or
solicitations for commercial purposes. We do not sell our lists and we do not permit you to do so.
- You agree not to publish any information found on this site
without obtaining written permission from FreeClassReunion.com.
- You agree to keep your input to these lists within
the limits of good taste. We don't scan the directory looking for inappropriate material, but if someone brings something to our attention, we
will act on it.
- You agree that your membership is for
your exclusive use and is not to be shared with others.
- For the momment, payment for joining FreeClassReunion.com is free and non-refundable.
- By submitting your personal, reunion and related information to us, you,
the end user, are thereby granting to FreeClassReunion.com a royalty-free, worldwide,
nonterminable, exclusive license to use this information and your exact
words (and excerpts and edited versions of your submission) in all media,
and you waive all claims against FreeClassReunion.com for any violations of rights of
privacy, publicity, and defamation or other personal torts arising from
FreeClassReunion.com's use of the information in such media. No payments shall be due
to you for such grant of rights.
- FreeClassReunion.com reserves the right to refuse
membership or access to anyone who we feel is abusing the service or exploiting it in a way
which is detrimental to FreeClassReunion.com or our members.
